 LENGTH OF SESSION: Sessions are approximately 5-7 hrs

 WHAT TO EXPECT:
When you first comes into the office, we sit and talk, getting to know all about you. This is all confidential. Once we have finished getting to know about you, we then move to the session room.

Once you are in the session room, you lie down on a bed. This is where you are then induced into a somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. This state is experienced daily only twice.
Once just before you fall asleep and once just before you wake up.

It is in this somnambulistic state of trance you are being regressed & guided through the most appropriate time &
place into a Past Life Regression. The Subconscious chooses to have you view various scenes in that life.

The Subconscious knows everything about you and
about your life you are living now. Through the Subconscious, I then ask your Subconscious questions on your behalf. This is where you get the crucial information that you seek for your own healing. The somnambulistic state of trance is no longer than 2 hours.

All the information about you in your appointment is completely confidential. You will also be given a copy of your recorded session onto a
brand-new flash drive.

HOW TO PREPARE:

-Write a list of questions (on paper not phone) you would like to ask your Higher Self while in trance. These questions can be anything you would like to know. Examples could be; What is my purpose, Health, relationships, family, work, children an ect.....

-Come alone to your appointment and plan to be here from 5 to 7 hours.

-Bring yourself some snacks for after the session to ground yourself. Also bring yourself plenty of water.

-Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in.

-Please avoid wearing perfumes or colognes.

-If you meditate, that's a great way to relax before your session.

-Refrain from taking alcohol the evening & day of session.

-Refrain from caffeine day of session.

-Refrain from any drugs before session so it does not interfere with session. This includes anything to make you relax.
